The Old Bakehouse

At The Old Bakehouse we strive to deliver a memorable dinning experience for all our customers.
Our philosophy is simple, “Quality food, sourced locally”.

Eddie Keane, chef/owner only sources the finest local produce available, and his menu’s are created to reflect this seasonality.
Eddie believes that to prepare and cook the freshest of meat and seafood, without complexity and adding subtle hints and succulent sauces give the perfect result.
Eddie also respects the nutritional and dietary requirements of our customers and we believe The Old Bakehouse has something for everyone!

We understand the Importance of Front of House and here Irene Burden, manager and co-owner ensures the customers needs are met with a warm, casual and friendly welcome.

We are a family run restaurant and welcome children offering a healthy, gluten free menu.

Winter Vegetable Soup served with sourdough bread

Our own fish packed Seafood Chowder with sourdough bread

Hand Rolled Duck Spring Rolls served with a spicy soy dressing

Thai Style Fish Cakes with sweet chilli mayo

Spiced Chicken and Rice Balls served with mango chutney

Medallions of prime Irish Fillet Steak

Laid on champ & served with a Jameson cream sauce & bouquet of seasonal vegetables

Whole Rack of Baby Pork Ribs in a hoisin BBQ sauce with house salad & chips

Traditional Roast Stuffed Turkey Crown laid on Honey Roast Ham

Served with potato, seasonal vegetables, chipolata sausages & cranberry sauce

Pan Fried Fillets of Sea Bass laid on champ with prawn butter & a bouquet of
